In their respective home openers the Women's team defeated Oneonta 66-50, while the Men's team fell 85-83.
Jordan Confessore led the way with 17 points and 11 boards in the first game of the evening, helping the Bombers overcome the absence of their usually dynamic back-court of Katharine Bixby and Lindsay Brown.
The Men's team led for most of the game against the Red Dragons but a driving score with four seconds to play gave Oneonta the lead that mattered.
Both teams are in action against Cortland State at home on Tuesday December 1.
